Instructions: Combine and heat the first 3 ingredients until it reaches 300 degree on a candy thermometer, stirring often. Remove from heat and add Lorrane oil (if using cinnamon or clove use only 1/2 teaspoon) and food coloring, stir well. Heavly sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar onto two cookie sheets. Pour candy onto cookie sheets. When almost hard score into bite size pieces. Let cook completely then break into pieces.

Note: Lorrane oil is a flavored oil for candy making, cinnamon, pepperment, orange, cherry, etc.

NOTES : Lorrane Oil can be found at Hooks or Oscos.

Candy can be made into suckers.
