Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
100 gm	Rocket, washed (3 1/2oz)
50 gm	Pine kernels, toasted (2oz)
2 x	Cloves garlic, peeled
50 gm	Parmesan cheese, grated (2oz)
15 gm	Pecorino Romano, ( 1/2oz)

Instructions:

Instructions: In a food processor combine the rocket, pine kernels, garlic, parmesan cheese, and pecorino until creamy, then gradually add in the olive oil.

Chill until required.

Notes:
Serving suggestions: A delicious condiment which can be served in a number of ways.Simply spread on tomatoes, grilled vegetables, bread, fish or meat.Alternatively serve stirred into freshly cooked pasta.

NOTES : A delicious condiment with a very versatile use.
