Instructions: Grease 30cm X 20cm lamington tin, line base with baking paper.
Combine half the white chocolate, butter and copha in a heat proof bowl, stir over a pan of simmering water until melted; or melt in the microwave on medium, stirring regularly. Combine marshmallows, cherries, peanuts, almonds and coconut in a bowl, stir in melted chocolate mixture and mix well. Melt remaining white chocolate. Press mixture into prepared pan and drizzle with melted white chocolate; refrigerate until set. Email this Recipe:
