Instructions: Preheat oven at 325. Prepare a 9 x 13" pan with cooking spray and flour.

In a mixing bowl, combine baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt, and flour. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, vanilla, and marshmellow creme. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 18 minutes.
