1 tsp	Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp	Fish sauce
2 tbl	Lemon juice

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix ingredients together and marinade steak in a bowl or shallow pan for 2 to 4 hours, turning a few times to coat the meat.

NOTES : Dark Sweet Soy Sauce is available in some Asian
