Instructions: Rub steaks with salt & pepper. Saute bacon with onions & parsley. Spread filling on beef slices.
Roll tightly. Fasten with toothpicks. Brown in same skillet that filling was made in. Add small amount of shortening if needed. Remove from skillet & place in pot or electric frying pan. Make gravy with drippings in skillet. Add flour,water & tomato paste. Pour gravy over rolls. Cover & simmer until soft about 30-45 minutes. Add water if needed. "The Davids" Email this Recipe:
