2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbl hot water
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 x eggs, beaten
2 tbl margarine, melted
Instructions:
Instructions: Soak oats in buttermilk overnight. Then add rest of ingredients and stir well. Cook batter as pancakes.
