Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup slivered almonds toasted
1 x clove garlic minced
2 tbl Millennium Braised Garlic * optional
1 x red bell pepper or pimiento roasted and peeled
2 tbl champagne vinegar or other light vinegar
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground caraway seed
2 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Makes 1 1/2 cups

In a blender, puree all the ingredients together until thoroughly smooth.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1 week.

NOTES : "Our version of this Spanish sauce can be used as a dipping sauce, a flavorful complement to our savory tortes, and as a dressing for pasta, grain, or bean salad".
