2 x	eggs plus
	Water to equal 9 ounces total blended
2 tbl	powdered milk
2 tbl	honey
2 tbl	butter or margarine
1/2 tsp	salt
1 cup	bread machine flour
2 cup	all-purpose flour
1 tsp	ground cinnamon
1 tsp	ground nutmeg
1 tsp	ground ginger
1/2 tsp	ground allspice
1/2 tsp	ground mace
1/2 tsp	ground cardamom
1/4 tsp	active dry yeast
1/2 cup	raisins

Instructions:

Instructions: Place ingredients in pan in the order suggested by your machines manufacturer. Select sweet bread setting.

Add the raisins and mixed peel when the machine beeps, or 5 minutes before kneading is complete.

This recipe yields a 2 pound loaf.

Yield: 1 loaf
