1 pkt yellow cake mix - (18.25 oz)
1 bot root beer - (12 oz)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 lrg eggs
Root Beer Glaze (see below)
Vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; beat at low speed with an electric mixer until dry ingredients are moistened. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 12-cup Bundt pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until a long wooden pick or skewer inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 15 minutes; remove from pan, and cool on wire rack.

Pierce top of cake at 2-inch intervals with a long wooden pick. Pour Root Beer Glaze evenly over cake. Cool completely before serving. Serve with ice cream.

For Root Beer Glaze: Stir together sugar and root beer until smooth. (

Makes about 3/4 cup)

This recipe yields 1 (10-inch) cake.
