12 x	Two-inch rounds of good French
	or Italian bread cut 1/4" thick slice
3 oz	Roquefort, cambozola, or other
	full flavored blue cheese softened
1 tbl	Dry sherry
2 tsp	Finely minced green onion

Instructions:

Instructions: Toast bread rounds lightly under a broiler. Beat remaining ingredients together and spread evenly on croutes.
