Instructions: Pink rose petals sprinkled lightly with water to give a dewy effect to decorate
Break up the agaragar if using strips and sprinkle into the milk. Stir well. Bring the milk to the boil in a heavy pan stirung to prevent the agaragar from sticking to the bottom. Reduce the heat and cook until it has completely dissolved. Strain to remove any lumps then add the sugar. Stir until dissolved. Cool and add the rose essence and pink colouring. Pour into a flat dish and refrigerate until set. To serve cut into diamond shapes and place a pink rose petal on top of each diamond. Serve cold.
