2 x cloves fresh garlic finely chopped
1/4 x baguette thinly sliced on a
diagonal
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spread the garlic on the baguette slices; sprinkle with the rosemary. Bake on a baking sheet for 8 to 10 minutes, until the croutons are crisp and very lightly browned.

Serving Ideas : Serve with Tuscan White Bean Soup.

NOTES :
The original recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Instead, I
use minced garlic from a jar in place of fresh garlic, because the trace of oil in it helps it to spread easier but the oil content is
very tiny.
