2 x Cornish game hens whole or halved
3 tbl olive oil
1 x garlic clove coarsely chopped
2 tbl parsley
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp summer savory
1/2 cup chicken stock or water
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown hens in oil. Add garlic. Sprinkle with herbs. Add 1/2 cup water or chicken stock. Cover, reduce heat to low, and cook until done, 40 to 60 minutes.

This recipe yields 2 servings.
