2 tbl Dijon Mustard
2 tbl Rosemary fresh chopped
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 x cloves Garlic minced
8 x 4 Oz Lamb Loin Chop 1 1/4 inch thick
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine mustard, rosemary, salt, pepper, and minced garlic in small bowl: stir well. Rub mixture evenly over both sides of lamb chops. Place chops on a baking sheet or blatter: cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.

Prepare grill. Place lamb loin chops on grill rack coated with cooking spray: grill 8 minutes on each side or until lamb is desired degree of doneness.

NOTES : To prepare inside, place a grill pan over high heat until hot; coat with cooking spray. Add lamb and cook 8 minutes or until desired degree of doneness
