Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
500 gm	Jersey Royal potatoes, washed (1lb)
4 tbl	Olive oil
1 x	15 grams pac fresh rosemary, leaves only

Instructions:

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.

Place the washed Jersey potatoes onto a baking tray. Sprinkle over the olive oil, rosemaryand seasoning.

Cook in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

NOTES : A delicious and different way to serve Jersey Royals.
