20 oz pineapple chunks in juice
29 oz peach halves in juice
3 tbl butter
1/2 cup currant jelly
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1/2 cup peach brandy heated
Instructions:
Instructions: Drain pineapple and peaches. Combine fruit with butter, jelly and lemon peel in a crock pot. Cover an cook on low for 2 or 3 hrs. Stir in warm brandy. Spoon over ice cream.
