3 tbl Flour
1/4 tsp Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 tbl Vegetable Shortening, melted
1 cup Buttermilk
1 x Egg, beaten
1 x Jalapeno, finely chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
