2 x 3 lbs. ground chuck
2 x yellow onions, chopped
1 x green pepper, seeded and chopped
2 clv garlic, minced
1 can Tomato soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes, original
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 tbl Worcestershire sauce
10 x 12 oz. wide egg noodles
1 lb Velveeta cheese, chunked
1 sm jar stuffed olives, drained
Instructions:
Instructions: In lg. (12") skillet cook chuck, breaking it up small as it cooks. Drain grease. Add onions, green pepper, and garlic. Cook till tender. Add soups, corn and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer. Cook noodles according to instructions on pkg. Drain. Place noodles in a 9x13 baking dish, add chunked Velveeta, and drained olives. Pour meat mixture over cheesy noodles. Bake @ 350 till bubbly

This freezes well and can be made in two smaller dishes, freezing one for later
