2 lb round steak, 1/2" thickness
Garlic salt to taste
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
1 x onion thinly sliced
1 can green beans drained
1 can tomato soup - (10 oz)
4 med potatoes - (to 5) peeled, quartered
Instructions:
Instructions: Season round steak lightly with garlic salt, salt, and pepper; cut into serving pieces and place in crockpot. Add potatoes, sliced onions (separate into rings), and green beans. Top with tomato soup and tomatoes.

Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours, or HIGH for 4 to 6 hours. Remove cover last 1/2 hour to reduce liquid, if desired (turn to HIGH).
