1/2 lb Boneless Beef Round Steak, Cut 1/2-inch thick
1 tbl Vegetable Oil
47/250 oz Pkg. Brown Gravy Mix
1/2 cup Water
1 tbl Dried Minced Onion
2 tbl Brown Sugar
2 tbl White Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1 x Bay Leaf
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut meat into 1-inch pieces. In a large skillet brown meat, half at a time, in hot oil. Remove meat from skillet. Stir gravy mix into skillet; carefully stir in water. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

Stir in onion, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, bay leaf, and pepper. Return meat to skillet. Simmer, covered, for 1 1/4 hours or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally. Discard bay leaf. Serve at once over hot cooked noodles.
