Instructions: Cut meat into 1-inch pieces. In a large skillet brown meat, half at a time, in hot oil. Remove meat from skillet. Stir gravy mix into skillet; carefully stir in water. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Stir in onion, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, bay leaf, and pepper. Return meat to skillet. Simmer, covered, for 1 1/4 hours or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally. Discard bay leaf. Serve at once over hot cooked noodles. Email this Recipe:
