Instructions: Cut steak into thin strips (or ask your butcher to do this). In a large skillet, brown steak in hot oil. Add onion. Saute until tender. Add soup, water, and garlic salt, and pepper. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Serve over rice.
I usually add 2 cans of soup and then I double the amount of water, garlic salt, and pepper. This way you have more gravy for your rice. Serves 6. Email this Recipe:
