2 x apples unpeeled
2 x oranges seeded, unpeeled
1 cup walnuts or pecans
2 cup sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Coarsely process all ingredients in food processor (could also coarsely chop by hand!). Best if sits in refrigerator overnight.
