Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 tbl Butter or margarine
2 tbl Brown sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 x Sliced banana
1/3 cup Rum
1 dsh Vodka
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt butter, sugar & cinnamon together. Add rum, oranges & banana to mixture. While mixture is still warm, pour brandy & vodka over & flame.

Serve over vanilla ice cream.

Serves 4-6.
