Instructions: Cut off pineapple tops, wrap them in foil and chill for later use. Scoop out pineapple pulp, leaving shells about 1/2-inch thick. Chill these as well. In a large bowl, combine pineapple pulp with all remaining ingredients. Fill pineapple shells with this mixture and return to freezer until firm. Replace pineapple tops when ready to serve.
