Instructions: Sautee ground turkey and onion in oil until meat is browned and crumbly.
Add Rotel tomatoes, tomato sauce and paste, and green pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Blend in oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Add zucchini and simmer another 10 minutes. Put all into a shallow ungreased 3-quart casserole dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
