Ingredients:

1 cup orange juice
2 tbl vegetable oil
2 tbl dark rum
2 tbl lime juice
2 tbl brown sugar
1 x clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbl soy sauce
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients, except pork chops in a large, self-sealing plastic bag. Seal and shake to blend. Add pork chops. Seal and refrigerate over night, turning bag occasionally.

Drain marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Set aside. Grill chops about six inches above medium-hot coals for for 10 to 15 minutes total, turning once and basting with marinade.

Makes four servings.
