1 lrg Ripe mango
1/3 cup Rum
1/4 cup Sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Peel the mango and slice it into thin slices (about 1/4 inch). Put into a shallow dish and sprinkle the sugar and rum on top. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. When chilled and ready to serve, spoon over vanilla or mango ice cream.
