2 cup Hot strong tea
1/2 x Lime, rind of
2 x Lemons, juice of
2 cup Rum
2 tbl Brandy
1 tsp Bitters
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix sugar, lime juice and rind in bowl. add hot strained tea and leave to draw, when cold, add rum and brandy. Add bitters, serve warm, keeping it over mild heat. About 16 cocktail glass servings.
