2 x rump steaks weighing about 250g each
1 x little olive oil
30 gm butter
2 x shallots finely chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat a ridged cast iron grill pan.

Brush the steaks with oil season with black pepper and a little salt and cook until done to your liking turning once and pressing the steaks down on the grill pan every now and again. Meanwhile melt the butter in a shallow pan.

Add the shallots and cook briefly over a medium heat.

Season with salt and black pepper and stir in the parsley.

Put the steaks together with any juices that may be in the pan on warm plates and pour over the shallot butter.

Serves 2
