4 cup French-style green beans, drained
4 oz Mozzarella cheese, or
1/2 lb Swiss cheese, grated
4 tbl butter, separated
2 tbl flour
1/2 tsp onion, grated
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 cup sour cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place green beans in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Blend in flour. Add onion, salt, pepper, sugar and sour cream.

Cook slowly over low heat, stirring constantly for a couple of minutes.

Pour over beans and cheese. Sprinkle with corn flakes mixed with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Makes 6 servings.
