Instructions: Mix last 3 ingredients, pour over chicken. Cook in crockpot for 6-8 hrs on LOW or 4-5 hours on High. Serve over rice.

NOTES : This is one of my favorite recipe for the crockpot. Ive also seen it called Golfers Chicken. It doesnt give sizes for the dressing or jam - usually I only find one size of the dressing and I use the smallest jar of apricot jam. I have frozen the leftovers in individual servings and heated in the microwave. Just dont freeze the rice in the same package because the chicken takes longer to get warm.
