Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
5 lb Pork, grind medium
2 lrg Onions, finely chopped
2 tbl Garlic, minced
1 cup Parsley, chopped
1 tbl Salt
2 tbl Dill seeds
3 tbl Caraway seeds
1 tbl Black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing. Bake at 350F, approximately 1 hour.

NOTES : This is the recipe for Jerry Predikas grandmothers sausage. He says its really great.
