While it is an ABM recipe, it can be baked in the oven as follows:

"Mix ingredients, in order given, in bread machine. Use white or french/dough cycle. After cycle is finished, let rest for 10 minutes. On floured board, shape into a ball. Dust top decoratively with flour. Place on oiled baking sheet which has been sprinkled with cornmeal. Slash the top (with a sharp knife edge or razor blade) with a cross, the two lines going from edge to edge. Cover with a towel and rise for 45 minutes to one hour, or until doubled. . Bake at 400 for 25 minutes."

NOTES : I made this bread once and really enjoyed it. I think it works well either in the ABM or prepared traditionally, but I used the trusty machine. Cheers!
