Instructions: In a saucepan over high heat, bring rutabaga, carrots, garlic and enough water to cover to a boil. Reduce heat to med. and simmer 30-35 mins. or until tender. Drain well and return to pot. Add next 5 ingredients. Mash with potato masher. Stir in parsley.
