Instructions: Put the saffron in a small bowl, and pour 2 tbsp boiling water over it.
Leave for 1 min. Mix yogurt, sugar, saffron (incl. water) and cardamom, stirring well until blended. Let sit for 1 hour. You can adapt the amount of sugar to your taste (the Indians put a lot more sugar in it). NOTES : Here is a great dessert using saffron. Its Indian. Email this Recipe:
