1 tbl	Applesauce Shortng,( 1 1/2T)
2 cup	Whole Wheat Flour (1 1/2 C)
1 cup	Bread Flour ( 2/3 C)
1/3 cup	Cornmeal (1/4 C)
1 tbl	Brown Sugar (2 T)
2 tsp	Fresh Sage (1 1/2 T), Or
1/2 tsp	Dried Sage Crushed,(1/2 Tsp)
3/4 tsp	Salt (1/2 T)

Instructions: I dont know where I got this but it was quite good.

Could use more sage.
