1 tsp Salt
1 tbl Sugar
1 tbl Baking powder
1 cup Buttermilk
1 lrg Egg
1 tbl Sage, chopped finely
Instructions:
Instructions: Directions: Combine the dry ingredients and stir in the liquid ingredients.

Add the sage and garlic. Mix until a stiff dough develops. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead lightly. Pat or roll the dough into a form that is about 1/2-inch thick. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated 425 oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
