White bread cubes, toasted in the oven, about 3 cups
2 tbl Butter
1 x Onion, chopped
1/2 bot or a little more, PC Memories of Cedar Springs Sage & Onion Sauce
1/2 cup Parsley
1/3 cup Raisins
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt butter, cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in parsley, raisins, cook until raisins are softened. Add bread cubes, & enough PC sauce to moisten bread. Cook & stir a couple of minutes, add salt & pepper, cover & turn off heat. Let sit on element to blend flavors & keep warm, about 10 minutes. Put in chicken or turkey. Cook chicken or turkey as usual.
