4 oz	Milk
2 tbl	Butter
2 tbl	Honey
2 tbl	Molasses
1/3 cup	Brown Sugar
1 tbl	Gluten
1 tsp	Lecithin
1 tsp	Dough enhancer
1 tsp	Salt
1/4 cup	Bread Flour
3/4 cup	Rye Flour

Instructions: ** I have substituted Applesauce for Butter
** I have substituted 2T dry milk powder + 8 oz water for the water and milk combination. (I also have a Zoji, larger size Regal, small and large Panasonic...but the Regal seems to excel at dark flour breads, so I prefer to use it for this bread. Regal is similar to the Chefmate, Trillium, and Pillsbury. All are made by MK Seiko Co
