1/4 x	Iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
1 x	Lollo Rosso heart, carefully torn
1 sm	Quantity of Lambs lettuce
1 sm	Quantity of Oak leaf lettuce
1 tbl	Chopped parsley
1 tbl	Chopped chives
4 x	Sorrel leaves, carefully torn
	----------------- DRESSING ----------------
1 tbl	Olive oil
1 tbl	Walnut oil
1 tbl	Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp	Dijon mustard

Instructions:

Instructions: 1. Carefully prepare the lettuce leaves.

2. Mix all the dressing ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well.

3. Pour over salad just before serving and toss well.

4. Garnish with edible flowers.
