Instructions: Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water; stir in tarragon. Add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Spoon into 3 individual plastic containers (for brown bagging) or serving dishes.
