120 gm Baby spinach, (4oz)
120 gm White crab meat, (4oz)
3 x Plum tomatoes
2 x Lemons, Juice of
60 gm Creme fraiche, (2oz)
1 tbl Chives, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Pick crab of all the white meat. Wash the baby spinach well. Remove skin and seeds from the tomatoes and coarsley chop. Mix the lemon juice into the creme fraiche.

Mix all the ingredients together with the chives and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
