1/2 oz Cod fillet -- broiled
10 oz Green beans -- prepared
2 tbl Minced red onion

DRESSING
1 tbl Fresh lime juice
1 tbl Raspberry vinegar
1 tbl Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Cilantro -- finely chopped
1 tsp Jalapeno -- minced
Salt and pepper
2 tbl Toasted wheat germ -- for
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine chunks of a broiled cod fillet with steamed green beans, cut in 1-inch lengths, some minced red onion, and a few sliced cherry tomatoes.

Toss the salad gently with a zesty dressing made from a tablespoon each of lime juice, raspberry vinegar and olive oil. Season to taste with cilantro, jalapenos, salt and pepper.

Add healthy calories from a carbohydrate, like wheat germ, and enjoy.
