Instructions: Cook couscous in a medium pot of salted boiling water for 8 to 9 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Cook peas in salted boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain under cold water and cool. In a large bowl combine pasta peas shrimp and shoots or sprouts. In a blender or food processor puree all dressing ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning. Toss with couscous mixture. Line a serving plate with lettuce leaves and mound salad over them. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Couscous adds new interest.to any pasta salad but if you cant find it easily try orzo or any other small pasta. Email this Recipe:
