Instructions: In a small bowl whisk together all dressing ingredients until well blended. Cut trout into strips and put in a medium bowl.
Slice cucumber very thin and add to bowl with half of dill. Toss with half of dressing. Slice radishes very thin and put in a bowl with watercress and 1/2 cup chives. Toss with remaining dressing. On large serving platter make a bed of watercress mixture. Mound trout mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining dill and 2 tablespoons chives. Email this Recipe:
