Instructions: Cook pecans in sugar until sugar melts and pecans are coated or carmelized. Then cool. Combine dressing ingredients. Pour over salad immediately before serving.
NOTES : This recipe comes to you from Jeanne, one of our surgery schedulers; and Janet, my former nurse manager. Jeanne and Jan gratiously greeted and welcomed our visitors and surgeons in our old department. I dont miss the old, dingy crowded surgery department. I realize we had to move to compete.
