1/2 cup	Chopped parsley, or 1/8 to 1 /4 dry.
1 cup	Thin sliced onion.
6 tbl	Sugar, granulated
6 tbl	Vinegar
4 tbl	Oil, salad

Instructions: O Mix everything together and compress slightly. Let lie for a few hours before serving.
