2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbl liquid smoke
1 tbl mustard seed
1 tbl coarse ground pepper
2 tbl Tender Quick, dissolved in
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix well; shape into 4 rolls. Wrap in foil. Refrigerate 24 hours. Remove foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
