Amount Ingredient
6 x boneless, skinless chicken breasts, rinsed and patted dry
1 tbl gray salt (or Kosher salt)
1 tbl freshly ground black pepper
1 x lemon, juiced
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
10 x cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 cup freshly chopped Italian parsley
1/2 cup freshly chopped rosemary
1/2 cup lemon zest
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
Cover with the remaining ingredients. Marinate, refrigerated, for at least 2
hours or overnight.
Instructions:
Instructions: Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked throughout. Serve hot or at room temperature.
